His FST-7 training is a surefire way to break some plateaus if you are stuck or have a lagging body part. But before we get into it, let us find out what exactly is FST-7?

In a nutshell, here is what Fascia Stretch Training 7 or FST-7 for short is by none other than the creator himself.
Hany Rambod: “It is based on the theory that the potential amount of muscle that you are going to build depends highly on your genetic make up and the thickness of the fascia surrounding the muscle belly. For example, if you have a thicker fascia, the chances are that you will be more restricted and will be less likely to build mass, compared to if you have a thinner fascia.”
Now there are various versions of this, but we will go over and share with you a basic program incorporating those details. You do base exercises like you would in a normal high volume training program and finish with seven sets of 8-12 reps with 30-45 seconds rest in between. FST-7 has been used by many greats including Phil Heath and 4 Time Mr. Olympia Jay Cutler. If it is good enough for them, you should consider it.
