All right!! This is the final stretch baby!! Week 6 here and your strength should be at some killer levels compared to when you started. Now if your strength is up the roof now, imagine when you repeat the program but starting week 1 with the current weight you are using now! Strongman competition here I come!! Now back to the program! In this final week as you can see, you will be using almost 100% of your 1RM. Want to determine your 1RM, check out our fitness calculator section! 1 set 1 rep for your first set of deadlifts, then you will drop weight and perform 3 sets of 2 reps. Fun isn’t it! As for the 3-inch deficit deadlift, that is basically rack pulls using a power rack station. We will be covering that exercise here in a couple of days, so stay tuned for that.
